Net als Lee Miller (zie eerdere post) is ook Bill Brandt een leerling van Man Ray. De Engelsman was naast journalist ook kunstenaar. Ook dit keer heb ik geen onderscheid gemaakt tussen zijn journalistieke en puur artistieke foto’s. Bill Brandt fotografeerde van 1928 tot 1983.
